Service Agreement
Scheduling and Estimates
- Free estimates are provided upon request
- All service appointments must be scheduled in advance
- Customers must be at least 18 years of age to schedule services
- A responsible adult (18 or older) must be present during all service calls
Licensing and Insurance
We are fully licensed and insured to provide services in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our licensing and insurance information is available upon request.
Service Terms
Emergency Services
- Emergency/After-Hours Service: Available outside regular business hours at premium rates
- Emergency service rates will be clearly communicated before work begins
Property Access
- Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas, including attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor units
- Customer is responsible for clearing the work area of personal belongings and ensuring safe access
- We may refuse service if unsafe conditions exist
Service Completion and Payment
- Services are considered complete when work is finished and customer signs acknowledgment of completion while we are on-site
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing
- Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customer Cancellations
- Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a service charge
Company Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much advance notice as possible.
Limitations and Disclaimers
No Warranties
- No warranties or guarantees are provided unless specifically agreed to in writing for individual services
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or problems not related to our work
- Customer is responsible for regular maintenance of HVAC systems
Liability Limitations
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work
- Customer should notify their insurance company of any service work performed
Property Conditions
- Customer warrants that they have authority to authorize work on the property
- Customer is responsible for protecting their personal property during service
- We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, decorative items, or other property not directly related to our work area

- You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
